Janhvi Chadha

Janhvi is a dual-qualified lawyer (India and England & Wales) and serves as the Partner leading the Bombay office. Her practice focuses on enforcement and litigation, with extensive experience representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, Bombay High Court, Delhi High Court, Madras High Court, and the erstwhile Intellectual Property Appellate Board.

With over a decade of experience in intellectual property protection, Janhvi advises on trademark, copyright, and design prosecution, as well as broader IP strategy. She has acted for a wide range of Indian and international clients across sectors including pharmaceuticals, FMCG, technology, and hospitality.

Her work also includes advising on the sale, acquisition, and licensing of intellectual property rights, and conducting comprehensive due diligence for IP-driven transactions.

Janhvi is an overseas member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA) and regularly attends the CITMA Spring Conference. She is also a frequent participant at the Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group (PTMG) meetings.
