Diva has represented clients in diverse civil and commercial litigations, commercial arbitrations, contract and property claims as also intellectual property disputes, and has appeared before a variety of judicial and administrative forums in India. She has advised clients on complex issues of protection and enforcement with respect to breach of confidential information and trade secrets.
She has also assisted in setting up joint venture companies and has drafted and vetted business purchase agreements, software development and other service agreements and assignment/ license agreements for acquisition/ exploitation of intellectual property, non-disclosure agreements and MoUs.
