Shipra  is a Managing Associate in the firm and a part of the Trademark, Copyright, and the Enforcement team. Her responsibilities include trademark searches and clearance, prosecution and enforcement. She has assisted a number of pro-bono clients. She regularly appears before the Trademarks Registry in relation to prosecution of trademark applications. She has been a part of joint project for sensitization of children to IP by INTA and the Cell for IPR Promotion and Management (CIPAM), Government of India. She was successful in achieving a 60% reduction of infringement volumes for one of the firm’s major Silicon-valley based technology clients, through a variety of non-adversarial alternate dispute resolution approaches. She has been involved in the conceptualization and development of educational material for youth in collaboration with CIPAM and INTA

Shipra has also authored an article titled ‘“Fighting hydra-headed rogue websites: the rise of the dynamic injunction” published in World Trademark Review.

Shipra has great appreciation for art and loves to paint and design.
