Vishal Vig is the CEO of the firm and the head of the firm’s enforcement group. He has a degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS), Pilani and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. Vishal has over 22 years of multi-disciplinary experience in diverse industries, from manufacturing to franchising, export, finance and taxation. He is a corporate strategist with a strong orientation in operations and finance.

As CEO, Vishal is responsible for the firm’s business functions and processes, client interfacing and risk management. He designs and implements various strategic and financial initiatives in the firm with a focus on scalability and growth within the business ecosystem. He has re- engineered the firm’s client management and client relationship processes, knowledge, information and document management processes, administrative processes, recruitment, induction and exit processes and compensation and human resource processes, while ensuring that the firm is flat, transparent and democratic.

As head of enforcement, Vishal designs and orchestrates the firm’s country-wide enforcement efforts and is responsible for liaising with Customs and law enforcement for this purpose.

Vishal is a fitness freak and follows the English Premier League and Spanish La Liga in football. He enjoys current affairs and technology.
