Prithvi Singh

Prithvi Singh is an astute litigator, commercially sound and creative in the courtroom. He leads the brand protection and enforcement vertical in the firm where he advises clients on advertising and branding issues, supervises IP investigations, leads civil, criminal and customs enforcement and litigates complex IP disputes in the courts. Prithvi represents a number of prominent technology, healthcare, sports and luxury clients and regularly appears in inter partes proceedings before the higher judiciary as also before administrative tribunals and customs authorities.

Prithvi plays a pivotal role in devising comprehensive strategies focused on anti-counterfeiting measures, intermediary liability and management, and fraud prevention. Within this domain, he meticulously crafts and implements frameworks designed to safeguard against the proliferation of counterfeit goods and attempt to mitigate the risks associated with fraudulent activities. Prithvi's initiatives also encompass a wide array of measures aimed at preserving the integrity of brands and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Prithvi has spent time in crafting patent strategies and leading patent litigation for a number of well-known pharmaceutical and technology companies in India. He has been involved in both enforcing the rights of patent holders as well as defending patent infringement claims in various forums.

Prithvi is an active member of INTA and has been attending the annual conference for the last 10 years and is currently part of the parallel imports committee. He also is a member of APAA
