Shreya is a Principal Associate in the Trademark and Copyright team. She graduated from Amity Law School. Shreya divides her time between trademark searches and clearance, assignment and related transactions, prosecution and opposition as also Design and Geographical Indications filing and prosecution. Shreya regularly appears before the Trademarks Registry in relation to prosecution of trademark applications.
Shreya is a member of the Non-Traditional Trademarks Committee of the INTA. She conducts IP awareness classes for school students on behalf of the Cell for IPR Promotion and Management (CIPAM), Government of India and Fashion Designing Institutes and Universities across India.
Shreya actively volunteers her time for a number of social causes and is a pro-bono legal advisor to the Duayen Foundation which is working towards eradicating begging, trafficking and drug abuse in India, especially by children. She also oversees a number of the pro-bono initiatives of the firm.
